Title: Tooling Engineer 
Location: Lancaster, OH

We are a large automotive supplier manufacturing company Headquartered out of Michigan. We specialize in a variety of automotive components and systems.

Job Functions:

• Provide welding expertise throughout our division 
• Responsible for recommending and evaluating programs as it relates to weld assembly processes, tooling, and equipment
• Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations into any welding issues and defects
• Develop and implement welding work instructions and repair requirements 
• Participate in APQP welding processes 
• Maintain weld drawings 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Welding experience in a Manufacturing environment, preferably Automotive 
• Automotive welding knowledge with Fanuc, Bosch, Fronius, WTC,  Lincoln 
• You should be knowledgeable of various fabrication processes such as GMAB, GMAW, RSW, and Project Welding 
• You should be familiar with various industrial equipment such as electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic
