Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent and play a key role in enhancing data quality for a healthcare client. We're looking for someone who values high standards and is eager to contribute to our quality control process.

What You'll Do:

Handle voice and non-voice tasks as needed.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
Verify information from third parties using online databases.
Complete data entry tasks, verify vendor resources, handle board certifications, and follow up with state boards as required.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of assigned tasks.
Be open to additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Comfortable with both voice and non-voice tasks.
Experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to commit to 40 hours per week and start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Capable of supporting a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
Computer-savvy candidates are preferred.
Pay Rate: $16 USD/hour
