• Travel Logistics Oversight : Ensure all travel components are confirmed, accurate, and organized, guaranteeing a stress-free experience for clients.
• Sales & Upselling : Suggest additional services, upgrades, or exclusive packages to elevate client experiences and enhance revenue.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and payments within the agency’s CRM or database system.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for travel, exploration, and creating memorable experiences for clients.
• Tech-savvy with experience navigating online booking platforms and travel tools (training provided).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable internet access and a computer or smartphone.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual skills are a plus!
