Job Summary:

Kelly Services is currently seeking two experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join one of our clients in the Pooler, GA area. As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator , you will be responsible for case picking using an RF gun. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment after a 90-day period.

Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Temporary to Hire

• Location: Pooler, GA 31322 (Located off Jimmy Deloach 31408)

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

• Shift: 1 st Shift; Monday to Friday, 7:00am to4:00 pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm (flexible)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift to perform case picking tasks using an RF gun

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in picking orders and maintaining inventory

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Stand Up Forklift Operator is required

• Valid forklift certification is preferred

• Ability to operate an RF gun and perform case picking efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management

• Reliable and committed to showing up for work on time

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

*Please note that an onsite interview will be conducted to speak with the candidate and assess their forklift skills through a quick demonstration.
