Job Description: As a Staffing Coordinator at Baxter in Round Lake, IL. You will play a crucial role in supporting the hiring team and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming interviews, managing logistics such as booking meeting rooms and arranging travel, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also assist candidates with post-offer processes, including background checks, and actively contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the hiring team and candidates to secure interview availability and respond to queries.
• Use relevant tools and systems to accurately schedule and confirm interviews.
• Book meeting rooms, arrange travel, and manage supporting logistics for interviews.
• Act as the face of Baxter when meeting and greeting candidates, ensuring a first-class experience.
• Support candidates in navigating post-offer processes, including background checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 or more years of experience in a coordination role, ideally within an onsite or in-house team.
• Experience with complex or volume scheduling.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workday preferred.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels and build high-quality relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within Human Resources preferred.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - Onsite 3 days/week in Round Lake, IL

This position serves as the administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scheduling interviews and coordinating travel is essential.
