Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic clinical team. In this full-time, year-round position, you will provide expertise in speech and language services, working on a transdisciplinary team to support our clients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, consulting, counseling, and designing individualized treatment plans and interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify clients' needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
* Provide direct speech and language therapy to clients.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the transdisciplinary approach to client care.
* Provide counseling and support to clients and families regarding speech and language development.
* Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech and language pathology.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Minnesota
* Expertise in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and make sound judgments with confidential information.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration within a transdisciplinary team.
