Job Title: Server/Waiter
Location: South West Florida, USA
Hourly Rate : $16 + per hour depending on experience (40 hours)
Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours worked beyond 40
Tips: Additional earnings through tips - potential to reach up to $50k annually depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide impeccable, personalized service to an exclusive clientele, ensuring each guest’s needs are anticipated and met with the utmost professionalism.
Maintain deep knowledge of the menu and wine list to make informed recommendations and answer guest inquiries with confidence.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and precise food and beverage delivery.
Ensure all service areas are kept clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
Handle guest requests or issues with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Adhere to the highest hygiene and service standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with high-profile guests.
Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of wine and food pairing is an advantage.
