Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will participate on and lead project teams to help health and wellness clients perform market research and develop go-to-market strategies. Clients include health insurers, ancillary carriers, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, PBMs, health information technology companies, health-tech, and other companies serving the health and wellness industry.

Stonegate is a 20+ year old boutique research and consulting firm that focuses on helping our clients better acquire and retain their customers, fueling top line growth. Our customers include the biggest names in healthcare, financial service, consumer packaged goods, and technology sectors. 

LOCATION! The candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to the Las Vegas area. A small relocation package will be offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead consulting engagements from initiation to delivery, managing project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
2. Conduct in-depth analyses of client business operations, processes, and strategies to identify areas for improvement and growth.
3. Develop innovative solutions and actionable recommendations based on industry best practices and market trends.
4. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather insights, align objectives, and drive consensus.
5. Provide thought leadership and expertise in areas such as strategy development, organizational design, operational excellence, and change management.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions, monitor progress, and ensure successful outcomes.
7. Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles, with a focus on strategy, operations, or organizational transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, business process improvements, and change management programs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with diverse clients across industries, such as healthcare, technology, financial services, etc. is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
