Position Overview

As a team member, you will collaborate closely with product groups to manage day-to-day operations, identify areas for improvement, and support various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze settlement documents, agent bank notices, credit agreements, and related credit documents.
• Coordinate with all relevant parties to obtain and review trade documentation and execute settlements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of status reports.
• Contribute to the development of the product vision for Loan Settlements/Middle Office Services, managing the end-to-end product experience.
• Oversee processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Adhere to and enforce standard policies and procedures.
• Design and implement quality control metrics.
• Establish and monitor performance targets.
• Create borrowing requests and ensure availability of funds for transactions.
• Train, develop, and oversee staff performance.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Assist in defining the strategic roadmap for Loan Settlements product offerings, including short-term and long-term strategies and market plans.
• Expect to work approximately 45-50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 5 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Desired Skills

• In-depth knowledge of asset-class transactions and payment requirements.
• Extensive experience with Loan Settlements processes and settlement platforms.
• Familiarity with LSTA/LMA guidelines and loan settlement requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Adaptability to changing environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Initiative and ownership of responsibilities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
