Responsibilities:
Assess and Support: Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living abilities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

Personalized Care: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique goals and requirements.

Virtual Therapy: Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques, all within a virtual environment.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' academic and functional performance.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and assess students' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress, ensuring clear communication and effective follow-up.

Guidance and Support: Offer advice and strategies to teachers and staff to support students' participation and engagement in virtual learning settings.

Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of best practices, trends, and developments in both occupational therapy and virtual education.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Experience: Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Virtual Proficiency: Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms for conducting therapy sessions.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educators.

Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of care.
