Are you a sales leader who thrives on both strategy and action? Ready to transform a talented but untapped sales team into a revenue-generating powerhouse? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who can both coach from the sidelines and suit up for game day.

The Opportunity Transform an existing sales operation into a strategic powerhouse. You'll inherit a team with tremendous potential, including established territory reps and a dedicated NYC presence. This isn't about maintaining status quo – it's about building something exceptional.

  • Create winning strategies to influence both direct buyers (contractors) and key specifiers (architects)

The Ideal Background

  • Proven success managing both inside and outside sales teams
  • Experience with complex bidding processes and estimation strategies
  • Track record of developing territories and expanding market presence
  • Understanding of architectural and construction industry sales cycles (preferred)

Location & Travel

  • WNY base location preferred, but hybrid / flexible for the right candidate (relocation assistance available)
  • Regular travel required to support team and develop territories
  • Team currently split between WNY and NYC
