Job Description

Join Our Team: Sales Position Helping Families Achieve Homeownership

Our mission is to help families who are unable to qualify for traditional loans by offering an alternative solution – we become the bank for them. With 85% of Americans unable to secure a conventional mortgage, our pool of potential buyers is vast. We don’t rely on traditional methods of selling properties; instead, we use innovative strategies like advertising on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and Facebook groups, as well as placing “For Sale” signs in local neighborhoods to attract buyers.

Our prices are competitive, and we don’t focus on our buyers’ credit history—whether it’s poor or nonexistent. With a small down payment and monthly payments set at market rent values, we make homeownership attainable.

We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and committed “A” player to join our sales team and help families stop renting and start owning their dream homes. If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to be part of an impactful cause, apply today and help us transform lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market and sale of the property inventory
2. Coordinate open house, showings and inspections
3. Negotiate the sale of the properties including single family homes, mobile homes, etc.
4. Write the sale agreements
5. Stay informed about property market conditions, manage the sales pricing, spreadsheets with property information, etc.
6. Manager the on-site marketing; ordering for sale signs, handle contractors to place signs, etc
7. Keep track of all the information of the property and provide clear report of KPIs.
8. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives. Communicate effectively with managers to align on objectives, share updates, and feedback.
9. Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to determine the value of properties and advise on pricing strategies.
10. Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions, professional photos, and virtual tours to attract potential buyers.
11. Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, inbounding and outbuilding calls.
12. Connect with buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and provide personalized guidance throughout the home buying process.
13. Skillfully negotiate sale offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms and maximize client satisfaction.
14. Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and changes in real estate laws and regulations through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

* Bilingual (Spanish and English)
* We are looking for A players!
* Virtual Position
* A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sales is required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

* Dedication to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
