About the Role:
As a Prep Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring smooth service. This is a daytime position, perfect for someone who prefers morning and early afternoon hours.
Responsibilities:
• Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients according to chef specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
• Assist with kitchen tasks such as portioning, labeling, and storing ingredients
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support line cooks during busy service periods as needed
• Work efficiently to complete prep lists on time
Requirements:
• Some kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability for daytime shifts, including weekends
• Passion for food and willingness to learn
