Job Description

One of California’s leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking an Office Assistant to

support the company’s education programs and college counselling services.

What you’ll do:

• Assist the Operations Manager responding to client emails, phone calls and office visits
• Support the Sales Manager in social media marketing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions to issues.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive positive customer experience.

Where/When you’ll do it:

• On-Site Cupertino
• Mon – Fri = 3pm – 8pm
• Saturday = 8:30am – 5pm

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years office administrative experience
• Proven working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong social etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport and garner trust.
• Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Willing and Able to work On-site M - 3 PM – 8 PM
