Job Description

Position Overview:

The Regional Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects within a designated region. This individual will work closely with clients, sales teams, and other engineers to ensure successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in P.E., sales, and geotechnical engineering, as well as the ability to generate leads, provide civil engineering solutions, and analyze project data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee engineering projects within a designated region.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and other engineers to define project scope and objectives.
  • Conduct site visits and perform geotechnical evaluations to determine project feasibility.
  • Create and deliver technical proposals and bids for potential projects.
  • Provide engineering solutions and recommendations to address client needs.
  • Generate leads and develop relationships with potential clients to increase project opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Analyze project data and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Valid P.E. license.
  • Proven sales experience in an engineering or construction company.
  • Strong background in geotechnical engineering.
  • Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in project bidding and proposal writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
