**97398BR** **Job Title:** Miller - Arbuckle, CA **Department/Function:** Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Utilities **Job Description:** **Miller - Arbuckle, CA** This is an hourly position **Position Summary:** + This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Miller in Mill department of Rice Mill. **Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:** + Shift operation of Mill B, milling of correct product, supervision of a two person crew Work well with others + Good attendance + Not afraid of heights + Can work overtime each day + Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures + Assist in completing JSA's + Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures. + Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values + Ability to manage a diverse team + Able to communicate with all levels of the organization **Qualifications** + Forklift qualified + Knowledge of common hand and power tools **Physical Requirements:** + Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time + Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
