As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , you will be at the forefront of providing therapeutic care to individuals facing various mental health issues. Your expertise will guide clients in overcoming challenges and fostering resilience.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions that address emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ unique backgrounds and needs.
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Experience with diverse populations, including older adults.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
