As a Inventory Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and procurement of all plumbing and HVAC parts within a company, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely ordering, accurate pricing, and efficient distribution to service technicians while maintaining excellent customer service by identifying and fulfilling specific part needs.

What You’ll Do - Manage inventory levels of plumbing and HVAC parts
- Forecast part needs and order from vendors
- Conduct inventory audits
- Implement inventory control systems
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms
- Select and manage vendor relationships
- Answer phones when needed
- Assist technicians and customers with part identification
- Provide technical support for parts selection and compatibility
- Process special orders
- Set competitive pricing for parts
- Upsell and cross-sell related parts
- Maintain accurate records
- Generate inventory and sales reports
- Stay updated on industry standards
What Makes YOU Great - 3-5 years of parts inventory management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems and parts
- Ability to analyze data and optimize inventory levels
- Previous experience in a similar role within the trades industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
Additional Requirements: - Pass drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
