Job Title: International Tax Manager
Location: (Miami, Boca, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, FL) - 3 days in office - Possibly 2 days 
Compensation: $130k - $165k based on experience 
Requirement: 6+ years of Public Accounting Experience - CPA license required

Position Overview: The International Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all international tax compliance and planning activities for the company. This role requires a strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations, as well as a thorough knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international tax strategies that minimize the company's tax liability while remaining compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
• Manage the preparation and filing of all international tax returns, including transfer pricing documentation and other required forms
• Stay up-to-date on changes in international tax laws and regulations and advise the company on potential impacts and opportunities
• Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and to provide guidance on complex international tax issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure international tax considerations are addressed in business decisions and transactions
• Conduct tax research and analysis on various international tax issues and provide recommendations to management
• Manage relationships with tax authorities in foreign jurisdictions and respond to any inquiries or audits
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and disclosures related to international tax matters
• Supervise and mentor junior tax team members

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is required

• Proficiency in reviewing 1041s, 709s, and 706s tax forms.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP and international tax laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax preparation software
