About the role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of marketing strategies, campaigns, and industry best practices. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in various marketing tasks and projects aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales.

Responsibilities

1. Providers Process:
   • Suppliers registration
   • Request purchase requisitions  
   • Send the invoices, monitoring and fill the control book   
2. Shipping Coordination:
   • Coordinate the shipping of merchandising with our providers according to the campaigns developed by the Marketing specialists
3. Inventory Management:
   • Control merchandising stock
   • Propose acquisitions and manage inventories
4. Tool Proficiency:
   • Utilize tools such as SAP, Cvent, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and others
5. Support the Marketing Team:
   • Provide principal support to the MKT team
   • Administrative assistance for various marketing-related topics
6. Coordination Tasks:
   • Send graphics assets to the customers
