RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
Offer timely, accurate, and friendly support for various customer inquiries, including insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues.
Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed in property/casualty and life and health insurance with relevant experience in sales and service.
Experience in managing client relationships is a plus.
Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Skilled at anticipating and addressing customer needs effectively.
