Our client, a leading Tier 1 supplier to Honda, is seeking a talented individual to join our team in London, Ohio. We're looking for engineers with 5-10 years of experience who are passionate about driving innovation and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Your Impact:

As an Injection Molding Engineer, you'll play a critical role in new model development, process optimization, and cost reduction. You will:

• Optimize Manufacturing: Analyze and resolve scrap and manufacturing defects, driving cost-effective solutions.
• Drive Capital Investments: Participate in equipment installations and process implementations for new model development.
• Innovate & Implement: Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Support production, process, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Lead New Model Development: Contribute to tooling design, process development, simulation, robot programming, and process confirmation.
• Ensure Financial Reliability: Provide technical insights on inventory, manufacturing costs, and capital investments.
• Project Management: manage projects, communicate progress, and coordinate with multiple teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Plastics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in injection molding and robotics.
• Proficiency in CAD/3D modeling and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent project management skills.

  • Level II (5+ years): $70,000 - $80,000
  • Level III (5-10 years): $80,000 - $90,000

Work Environment:
