Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support to patients/families following onset of injury and after discharge from one of the two adult partnering Level 1 Trauma Centers.
Complete required administrative tasks.
Maintain communication with LOV team to ensure quality service.
Provide patients/families/communities with resources.

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
