Responsibilities:

• Design and manage travel itineraries specifically tailored to music festivals and major events worldwide.
• Consult closely with clients to tailor their travel experience, ensuring it is seamless and perfectly aligned with their preferences.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in music festivals and events to provide the best advice and options.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best deals and ensure high-quality arrangements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout all stages of the travel process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in travel planning, particularly with festivals and events, is advantageous.
• A strong passion for music and a thorough knowledge of the global festival scene.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working remotely and managing comprehensive travel arrangements from inception to completion.
