We are is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating various marketing activities, ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
• Help create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and the company website.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous internship or experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.
