**Position Overview:**

As the Landscape Enhancement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape enhancement projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget for landscape enhancement projects.

- Develop creative and innovative landscape designs that align with client preferences and site conditions.

- Prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and materials specifications.

- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Oversee project implementation, including site preparation, plant installation, hardscaping, irrigation, and lighting.

- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.

- Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in landscape design and construction.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in landscape design, project management, and client relations.

- Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and construction techniques used in landscape enhancement projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
