Founded over 60 years ago, we provide commercial, industrial, and unique projects as a full-service electrical contractor for a range of industries. We have a UL-listed panel shop and divisions for instruments, engineering, data communications, low voltage, solar, and renewable energy.

We customize solutions for every customer using open-book estimates, cost-plus pricing, design-build, and design-assist. Treating people properly and providing them with opportunity for achievement has been our basic commitment since 1964.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within the electrical and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial projects, with a particular focus on solar and renewable energy initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Compensation: $95,000 - $155,000 + Bonus DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for electrical and construction projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project success.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of solar and renewable energy technologies and projects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
