NO NIGHTS!

Black Fig in Tallahassee, FL is looking for one dishwasher to join our small but mighty team. No night shifts and no early mornings (unless you choose to help us with on site catering events) Shifts are generally 11 am /12 pm to 5:30/6:30 pm. We are located at 1400 Village Square Blvd Suite 7, near the flyover, Capital Circle and Thomasville Road (Fresh Market, Shoe Station Shopping Center. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. Must have reliable transportation. Occasional Saturdays, but No Sundays!

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots or pans by hand. We are a Catering company and gourmet meals to go. No glasses or china.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Maintain cleanliness of Kitchen, including but not limited to, daily sweeping and mopping
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Sort and stack clean dishes; Restock clean dishes to proper storage areas
• Rotate and stock deliveries
• Help kitchen staff prepare food items
• Special Duties as directed by Chef, GM or owner
• Not required, but additional pay may be available for making deliveries in company vehicle.(For candidates with good driving records, )
• Additional pay for working Catering events offsite, if available.

Qualifications

• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Must be Punctual
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
