Position: Director of Executive Development & Organizational Culture
Location: South Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Global Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Executive Development

    • Design and implement global leadership programs that align with business goals.
    • Develop senior leaders through tailored learning experiences, assessments, and coaching.
  2. Drive Succession Planning

    • Support talent and succession planning processes.
    • Ensure a strong pipeline of high-potential leaders for critical roles.
  3. Shape Culture & Engagement

    • Lead initiatives to transform organizational culture.
    • Implement employee engagement programs that promote inclusivity and innovation, aligning with company values.
  4. Provide Coaching & Mentorship

    • Offer one-on-one coaching to executives.
    • Establish an internal coaching framework to enhance HR team capabilities.
  5. Utilize Data-Driven Insights

    • Leverage talent analytics to inform development strategies.
    • Create action plans for organizational growth based on data insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years in executive development, with a proven track record of scaling impactful leadership programs.
  • HR Expertise: 6-8 years in HR, focusing on Talent Development and Organizational Culture.
  • Talent & Succession Planning: 5+ years in driving talent and succession strategies.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Experience in global organizations, with the ability to lead across diverse cultural landscapes.
  • Coaching & Assessment Certification: Certifications in leadership assessments (e.g., Korn Ferry, Hogan) are required.

  • Exceptional consulting and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills for translating talent data into strategic actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
