Responsibilities:
As a fully remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home after an initial on-site training period. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Data Entry: Accurately entering information into databases, using both manual and automated systems. This includes alphabetic and numeric data, as well as uploading external data and transcribing audio or video content.
Review and Verification: Carefully reviewing source documents (such as checks, sales reports, or bills) to ensure data is complete and accurate. You'll compare data with original sources, identify discrepancies, and correct any errors.
Attention to Detail: Proactively checking for and correcting errors in data entry, using various verification methods.
Multi-tasking: Managing multiple tasks effectively and maintaining a strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:

Has quick and accurate typing skills with proficiency in word processing.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and precision in their work.
