Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring accuracy in data management? We're looking for a Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team and play a vital role in processing and verifying sales orders. In this role, you'll support our sales and warehouse teams by managing orders from various channels and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Entry: Accurately input and verify sales orders into our system, Odoo. You'll handle orders directly from customers, including restaurant and grocery store managers, as needed.
Order Collection: Convert orders received through different channels (Fax, Phone, WhatsApp, Text, Email) into sales orders in Odoo.
Data Verification: Ensure that all data in Odoo is correct and complete, including customer and sales details.
Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy, allowing the sales team to focus on their core activities.
Additional Tasks: Assist with improving data management and order processing efficiency.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

Experience with sales order management systems such as Odoo, Netsuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Fluent in English and proficient in Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Familiarity with Google Suite, eFax systems, and transcription services.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to data confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Odoo ERP, especially with Sales and Invoicing apps.
Previous experience in data entry or related fields.
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity (note: candidates are responsible for any inaccuracies).
