We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and budgeting, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation.

1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, providing financial insights and advice to ensure the successful completion of projects.
3. Prepare and present financial reports and budget forecasts to senior management, providing insights into project costs and potential risks.
4. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and budget constraints.
5. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects stay on track and within budget.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and safety regulations.
7. Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction project management role, with a focus on residential or multi-family
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Strong budgeting skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects within budget.
Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of construction professionals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction management software and financial management software.
