Overall Objectives of Position
The Certified Pharmacy Technician is responsible for support services as assigned within the Tribal Pharmacy and Health Department. The Certified Pharmacy Technician assists the pharmacists and health clinic in the appropriate procurement and efficient delivery of medication(s) to the patient for whom they have been prescribed by a licensed medical provider. The Certified Pharmacy Technician must provide excellent customer service and possess the ability to handle a variety of patient case scenarios with privacy. This job description is not an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of this position. The Certified Pharmacy Technician is expected to perform all duties and responsibilities necessary to meet the goals and objectives of applicable programs.
