AaraTech Inc. is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team in New York City . This role involves working on data migration projects and delivering Agile-driven solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities :
Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for data migration and system enhancements .
Define product themes, epics, and user stories to build a prioritized product backlog .
Facilitate sprint planning sessions and ensure alignment between business and technical teams .
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows to identify areas for improvement.
Write and execute test scripts to validate system functionality.
Mediate between business units to resolve conflicts and ensure project alignment .
Support multiple deployments , ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science , or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst , with a focus on data migration or Agile projects .
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello .
Experience with process mapping , data analysis , and visualization tools .
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills .
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment .
Preferred Skills :
Experience in finance, consulting, or tech industries .
Knowledge of data modeling and database design .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint ).
