Become a key player as an  Area Sales Manager:
Lead efforts to expand market penetration, strengthen distribution channels, and drive revenue growth. Provide strategic guidance to your sales team, deliver direct sales support to key customers, and collaborate with the Executive Team to achieve impactful results.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Execute business plans to deliver revenue, gross margin, and market share targets
• Implement sales and marketing plans, leveraging supplier programs and resources
• Improve revenue and gross margin through branch and direct sales channels
• Drive market development by expanding and retaining the customer base
• Lead and support promotions, branch initiatives, sales events, and dealer training
• Recruit, mentor, and coach top talent to create a high-performing sales team
• Develop tools and opportunities for team growth and performance enhancement
• Oversee the screening and interviewing of managerial candidates
• Build relationships with strategic customers to mitigate losses and foster growth

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience
• Wholesale distribution sales expertise and operational experience preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on customer service

Pay Range:
$100,000 - $150,000 annually + Bonus
